Do I have to be there?

We understand finding time during the work week can be a challenge, so we do not require you to be present. Just let us know which surfaces you want cleaned, how to gain access to the inside (clients often leave a key in a secret location), and where to leave the invoice. We are happy to accomodate you, and will work with any specific instructions you give us.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel call the office or our mobile line. You may also text our mobile line, but please include your name in the text message. A weeks notice is preferred.

What if there is inclement weather?

We reschedule appointments for a handful of reasons; active precipitation, if the high temperature for the day is below 37 degrees, or if the wind gusts are above 50 mph. Our rule of thumb is to wait until the morning of the cleaning before making and schedule changes. We try not to make changes based on the 7 day forecast. On the day of the cleaning, if it is necessary to reschedule we will try our best to inform you as early as possible.

Winter Window Cleaning: We clean through all seasons so long as it is not precipitating and the forecast calls for a high temperature above 37 degrees.
